I’m back! (And I brought 2026 goodies for you ☕️)

Hi Mama,

I know, I know—it’s been a minute since I’ve popped into your inbox! After the way we were all bombarded with approximately 4,000 Black Friday and Cyber Monday emails every single hour, I figured the kindest gift I could give you was one less notification to swipe away. You're welcome!

In all seriousness, I took an intentional step back during the end of 2025. Between soaking up every cozy, chaotic second of the holiday season with my family and pouring my heart into building my Etsy shop, life felt very "full" in the best way possible. I really wanted to be present for the magic (and the messy parts) without a screen in the way.

But now? The coffee is hot, the calendar is fresh, and I am so ready to dive into 2026 with you!

My 2026 "Get Your Life Together" Toolkit

Since we are all staring at a blank slate this January, I wanted to share the three things keeping me sane and organized right now:

  • The Simple Budget: No complicated spreadsheets here using Google Sheets. I’m sticking to an "access anywhere" style tracker to keep our family goals on track without the headache. Now available in 2 color schemes, let me know what other colors you'd love to have!
  • Desktop Wallpaper Organizer: I finally cleared off my messy computer desktop! I’m using a wallpaper with labeled "zones" for files, pictures, and a calendar, and it is a total game-changer for my brain.
  • Vision & Goals: Instead of huge resolutions, I’m picking three "anchor words" for the year to guide my decisions. And this workbook helped me find them!

Presence, Consistency, Movement

  • All My Planning Products: Lately, I’ve become officially obsessed with creating tools specifically designed to help busy parents. I've been deep in the design process for everything from meal planners and travel organizers to birthday party planners and more—anything to take the mental load off our plates!

A New Commitment

Speaking of goals, I have a big one for Mothers and Moms: I am officially committing to publishing one new blog post every single week starting right now. I’ve missed our deep dives into motherhood, and I can’t wait to get back into a rhythm with you.

To kick things off, I just posted something that has been on my mind a lot lately. I’ve been surrounded by so many beautiful pregnancies—from nervous first-time moms to seasoned pros expecting their second, third, and even fourth babies! It got me thinking about the etiquette and fun behind different celebrations.

New on the Blog: Baby Shower vs Baby Sprinkle: What Every Mom Should Know Before Planning Her Celebration

Whether you’re planning one for a friend or wondering what to register for the third time around, this guide breaks it all down.

I’m so happy to be back. Let’s make 2026 a year of intention, growth, and maybe a little more sleep? (Hey, a mom can dream!)

All the love,

Bree

If you're drowning in the mental load of motherhood . . . the endless planning, the invisible to-do list that never actually ends, the feeling that everyone else has it more together than you, you're in the right place. I'm a Georgetown-trained Project Manager and former Fortune 500 IT strategist who traded corporate systems for something way more important: helping moms like you run their homes, plan their lives, and actually enjoy the chaos instead of just surviving it.Around here I take the same tools I used to manage multimillion dollar projects and make them work for real mom life. Birthday parties that don't stress you out. Family vacations where you actually relax. Meal planning that doesn't fall apart by Tuesday. Holiday shopping you actually feel good about. No Pinterest perfection. No judgment. Just practical systems that work, from a mom who gets it and has the credentials to back it up.

Hi Reader Okay, I owe you a little explanation for where I've been. Italy. I was in Italy. My daughter ate her weight in gelato, rode trains, planes, and ferries, and watched Vesuvius from her window in Sorrento like she owned the place. It was chaotic, it was magical, and I have zero regrets. Watch the reel here because it says it all better than I can. And yes, I planned the whole thing in a spreadsheet. Because of course I did. ✈️ The Ultimate Travel Planner is here! If you have a trip...

Best calm preschool shows ages 2-4 - graphic with Daniel Tiger, Bluey, Tumble Leaf, Stillwater, Frog and Toad

Hi friend! Real talk: Have you ever turned off a show and immediately regretted it because your toddler completely lost it? Like, full meltdown. Face on the floor. Screaming like you just told them they can never have ice cream again. Yeah. Me too. Here's what I've learned after way too many late nights reading Reddit threads and watching approximately 47 different preschool shows with my daughter: In my opinion, it's not the screen time itself. It's WHAT they're watching. Some shows wind...

Baby Bertie Montessori silicone toy collection featuring pastel tea set, numbered counting blocks, and dinosaur puzzle for toddler development

Hi mama! You know that feeling when you buy a "perfect" toy and it sits untouched on the shelf while your kid plays with a cardboard box? Yeah, me too. So when I discovered three toys that my 2.5-year-old has played with every single day for months (and made by a small business right in my Colorado hometown) I knew I had to tell you about them.
