I cried more than she did

Hi Reader

Okay, I owe you a little explanation for where I've been.

Italy. I was in Italy. My daughter ate her weight in gelato, rode trains, planes, and ferries, and watched Vesuvius from her window in Sorrento like she owned the place. It was chaotic, it was magical, and I have zero regrets. Watch the reel here because it says it all better than I can.

And yes, I planned the whole thing in a spreadsheet. Because of course I did.

✈️ The Ultimate Travel Planner is here!

If you have a trip coming up and the planning feels like it's living entirely in your brain, this is for you. I built this planner to take everything and put it somewhere you can actually use it.

  • 12 tabs covering everything: research, budget, expenses, savings, reservations, to-do list, calendar, daily itinerary, and packing list
  • Written directions built right in, so you always know exactly what to do
  • All 5 color schemes, Neutral, Pink, Pastel Rainbow, Bright Fun, and Green

It's the exact kind of tool I wish I'd had before I started planning trips with a toddler in tow.

🚽 New on the blog: Our honest potty training story

The post I've been promising for months is finally here. Our full, honest, day-by-day potty training story, floor pees, tears (mine), chocolate chip bribery attempts, and all.

If you're in the thick of it or gearing up to start, this one is for you.

Inside the post:

  • The Oh Crap! method and what we actually took from it
  • Day by day notes straight from my phone, the good, the bad, and the ugly
  • What actually worked for our family, including the products we swear by
  • The moment on day eight that made me cry in our kitchen

📺 In case you missed it: The calm show guides

These posts have been getting so much love lately and if you haven't read them yet, save them now. Start with the parent guide and it will point you exactly where you need to go based on your kid's age.

That's everything for now. So good to be back in your inbox.

xx, Bree

P.S. The Ultimate Travel Planner is on sale right now for just $7, and it won't stay that price for long. If you have a summer trip on the horizon, this is the move. Grab it here before the price goes up.

If you're drowning in the mental load of motherhood . . . the endless planning, the invisible to-do list that never actually ends, the feeling that everyone else has it more together than you, you're in the right place. I'm a Georgetown-trained Project Manager and former Fortune 500 IT strategist who traded corporate systems for something way more important: helping moms like you run their homes, plan their lives, and actually enjoy the chaos instead of just surviving it.Around here I take the same tools I used to manage multimillion dollar projects and make them work for real mom life. Birthday parties that don't stress you out. Family vacations where you actually relax. Meal planning that doesn't fall apart by Tuesday. Holiday shopping you actually feel good about. No Pinterest perfection. No judgment. Just practical systems that work, from a mom who gets it and has the credentials to back it up.

Hi friend! Real talk: Have you ever turned off a show and immediately regretted it because your toddler completely lost it? Like, full meltdown. Face on the floor. Screaming like you just told them they can never have ice cream again. Yeah. Me too. Here's what I've learned after way too many late nights reading Reddit threads and watching approximately 47 different preschool shows with my daughter: In my opinion, it's not the screen time itself. It's WHAT they're watching. Some shows wind...

Hey Mama, I see you over there with 147 tabs open in your brain, trying to remember if today is library day while also Googling "how to get spaghetti sauce out of white shirts" (again).
